"Through the Duke's Beach House Legacy of Aloha program, we are able to support great local organizations like Autism Bridges Maui."
The Legacy of Aloha program was created in the spirit of Duke Kahanamoku's concern for others and his belief in the power of aloha.
The primary focus is to support locally based organizations with causes that support the local community, such as combating hunger, preserving natural resources, perpetuating Hawaiian culture and assisting families and keiki.
Autism Bridges Maui is a child- and family-centered grassroots organization that supports a wide array of services that develop the full potential and improve the quality of life for individuals with autism, pervasive developmental disorders and neurological developmental disorders through their life span.
