December 12, 2013
Lahaina News

NAPILI - Help spread the joy of the holiday season by looking out for some of the most vulnerable people in our community: foster children.

The Maui Preparatory Academy Student Senate, in conjunction with the Will Smith Foundation, is now actively running Project Give-a-Gift.

This year, the foundation is collecting gifts for foster children in Molokai between the ages of two and 17.

When all the gifts have been gathered, Maui Prep Lower School parent Archie Kalepa will deliver them to Molokai by boat, aided by members of the MPA Senate.

"We would love for you to join us in making this a special season for the foster children of Molokai! Please bring a unwrapped gift to Maui Prep by Wednesday, Dec. 18th," concluded Jenny Worth, board secretary for the Will Smith Foundation Maui.
