KAANAPALI - The Masters at Kaanapali Hillside is a much sought-after, premier, luxury gated community on Kaanapali Hillside. It is surrounded by the ninth, tenth, 13th and 14th Fairways of the Kaanapali Royal (North) Championship Golf Course on nearly 38 lush, tropical, landscaped acres. It's situated above Kaanapali Resort and its world-famous beach, beneath the afternoon rainbows on the West Maui Mountains.
This month, we are going to look at the condominium floor plans available at The Masters.
All the units have views of the blue Pacific Ocean and the islands of Molokai and Lanai over the manicured fairways of the golf course. Upstairs units have vaulted wooden ceilings and skylights. Most units have huge, spa-like master bathrooms. There are some beautiful remodels of this large, typically 300-square-foot space. One-, two- and three-bedroom units are available with six different floor plans in the 35 two-story buildings. At this time, I have examples of all but the very rare F Floor Plan listed.

The A Floor Plans are the one-bedroom units with one or one-and-a-half baths up to 1,087 square feet with 195-square-foot lanais. Unit 4205 is a beautiful remodeled example in a premier location on the top row. The unit is fully furnished and listed at $619,000 for the best value in The Masters.
The B Floor Plan is a two-bedroom/two-bath unit with 1,269 square feet of living space and a 182-square-foot lanai. Unit 4207 is a downstairs corner unit on the top row adjacent to 4205 with a gentle sloping path for no steps into this single-level unit. Listed for $749,000, it is also great value.
The C Floor Plan is two bedrooms/two baths with 1,512 or 1,544 square feet of living area with a 206- or 221-square-foot lanai. This is the most popular and desired floor plan.
Unit 2103 is a remodeled downstairs condo with only a few steps down. It has GREAT ocean and island views in a quiet and private building. The second bedroom is an office with a Murphy bed newly priced at $797,000.
Unit 1603 has ocean and island views over the Kaanapali Beach resorts. It has an upgraded kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and is move-in ready with all furniture, dcor and TV sound systems included, listed at $819,000.
Units 1004 and 1104 are upstairs units with spectacular ocean and multi-island views from the lower level over the 13th fairway listed for $875,000 and $879,500.
Units 2304 and 2604 are beautiful upstairs units with prime locations in adjacent buildings, overlooking the ninth fairway of the Kaanapali Royal Golf Course with gorgeous, panoramic views of Molokai and Lanai. Unit 2604 is listed at $899,000, while 2304 is fully remodeled and listed at $1,095,000.
Unit 1301 has stunning views of the endless 14th fairway leading straight to the Pacific Ocean. This unit has been totally remodeled with granite countertops, top-of-the-line appliances and great attention to detail. It's listed at $1,095,000.
The D Floor Plan is a rarer two-bedroom/two-bath option; upstairs units have an enclosed staircase with 1,728 square feet of living area and a 187-square-foot lanai. Unit 3202 is a tastefully decorated upstairs corner unit with unsurpassed, panoramic views of the blue Pacific Ocean and Molokai and Lanai. It has new appliances and is offered furnished at $1,195,000.
The three-bedroom/three-bathroom E Floor Plan is a ground floor two-story apartment.
