LAHAINA - Meditation in Motion, a new class at Body in Balance in Lahaina, begins on Sunday, Feb. 12.
Classes will be held Sundays from 9 to 10 a.m.
Meditation in Motion is a fusion of exercises designed to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles, restorative yoga poses and guided meditation.
Meditation in Motion instructor Ellen Laura has extensive experience in teaching meditation and other spiritual practices. She is a published author and wellness authority.
The exercises awaken core energy, Chi, and create a natural alignment of postural muscles, so you can move with grace, flexibility and power. Begin your week with an emphasis on balance and energy renewal.
