LAHAINA - Maui County Mayor Alan M. Arakawa will be the guest speaker at LahainaTown Action Committee's Annual Meeting on Monday, Jan. 30.
The public is invited to gather at the Pioneer Inn Courtyard at 5 p.m. Light pupus will be offered with refreshments, and a no-host open bar will be available.
LahainaTown Action Committee invites West Side residents to come meet the group's board members.
Maui County Mayor Alan M. Arakawa will speak at LahainaTown Action Committee’s Annual Meeting on Monday, Jan. 30, in the Pioneer Inn Courtyard. All are welcome to attend.
LAC's mission is to promote, encourage and preserve the historical, cultural, social and commercial vitality of Lahaina, the town and destination.
In addition, LAC coordinates Lahaina festivals and ongoing weekend events.
LahainaTown Action Committee members want to meet the public and discuss ideas for 2012-13.
Four interim board members are running for a permanent position on the board.
Registration begins at 5 p.m. and the mayor will speak at 5:30 p.m., followed by board elections.
The public is encouraged to attend.
