Richard Yust, Maui Food Bank executive director, accepts a $2,000 donation from Tina Skjerseth, office manager for UFO Parasail. The money was raised during UFO’s “One-Day-Only Labor Day Kama‘aina” promotion. Maui residents came out for this great cause and had fun. “We’ve been thrilled by the turnouts we’ve had for these monthly kama‘aina promotions,” said UFO Parasail owner Greg VanderLaan.

New this year is the addition of one-on-one free credit counseling with BDC staff.

Two free introductory classes will be held on Nov. 1 and 3 from 6 to 7 p.m. at MEO's Family Center at 99 Mahalani St. For more information, call 249-2990.
