Their show will be displayed at LAS’ Banyan Tree Gallery in the Old Lahaina Courthouse through April 3.
An opening reception will be held Friday, March 11, from 6 to 8 p.m.
Both artists paint with oils and belong to the same plein air group that paints with about a dozen artists on Maui every Wednesday throughout the year.
The group often includes artists who are visitors from the Mainland (e-mail suethomas@lahaina-arts.com if you are interested in participating).
Thomas and Harris learn from each other and enjoy the common bond of sharing outdoor space to “paint what we see” — a real joy for both of them.
