Maui Eldorado in the heart of Kaanapali

KAANAPALI — Opportunity knocks for investors wanting to own in the Kaanapali area. We currently have several condominiums of varying sizes available in this hidden paradise in the heart of the resort.


First, a studio apartment, I-203, is an upstairs unit with partial ocean views from the lanai. This unit offered at $299,000 LH has been upgraded with beveled mirror panels on one whole wall, which gives it even more of a spacious feeling from these already oversized floor plans. I-203 has lovely furnishings, including a nicely tiled shower with glass block, and is currently rented out only part-time. It would be an easy transition to the professionally managed front desk program with Outrigger Resorts.


Second, another studio, K-215, listed at $349,000 LH, is easy to access as it’s above the lobby. It has expansive ocean and island views. You get a terrific view of the resort and Pacific blue water from the lanai. It, too, has mirrors on one wall, a tiled floor throughout, jacuzzi tub with decorative tile surrounding it in the bathroom and an upgraded kitchen. This unit is not in the program but owner-occupied and easy to show on short notice.


Another studio, J-211, listed at $375,000 LH, has a lanai that looks out toward the Kaanapali Golf Course. It’s a popular rental with Outrigger, especially being in the “J” Building and having the closest proximity to North Beach. It’s a very private, quiet location and being sold turnkey.


For a larger unit, we have three choices, all in different locations. These popular one-bedroom, two-bathroom units are all in the Outrigger rental program. D-107, listed at $395,000, has partial ocean views; and G-105, listed at $460,000 LH, and L-102, listed at $399,000 LH, would both be considered garden views. Each has its own unique style, and all have washer/dryers in the units and plenty of space being 960 square feet with large covered lanais. They are excellent for families vacationing in Kaanapali that want all the amenities of a full kitchen and two bathrooms.


Maui Eldorado boasts three pools (two are heated) on almost ten acres of land with lush tropical landscaping, lovely meandering walking paths and the only private beach cabana on one of world’s best beaches. Golf cart rides down to the cabana are provided courtesy of the front desk staff; guests and owners can enjoy the lanai deck chairs and lounge chairs or use the kitchen facilities. And when it’s time to come back to your unit, just call for the golf cart and they will take you back to the front desk!


The lobby has a great sundry store that’s open from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., and if you need to book any activities whilst on your vacation, don’t forget to stop by the concierge desk and see Pam or any of her staff for advice and bookings on the best trips/shows/luaus/etc. Right across the street is the Fairway Shops with several small cafes, restaurants and amenities, or you are only a short stroll down to Whalers Village with lots of shopping, restaurants and activities.
